National Service Manager (Industrial Division - Ajax, ON)
The Successful Candidate will:
Effectively manage the Service Team located across Canada
Manage the provision of effective support related to the Company’s products
Contribute to the growth of the after-sales support
Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level
Manage value-added reporting
Education and Experience
Post Secondary Education; technical certificate or diploma from a community college or technical institution with a focus on electrical related or other technical courses
Three to six years related experience preferably in the industrial battery industry
Three to five years people management experience
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of industrial battery applications and specifications
Proven sales ability
Ability to plan and organize schedule
Excellent oral and written communication skills including superior presentation skills
Strong forecasting and negotiation skills
Knowledge of automotive after-market and the industrial battery industry
Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate employees to meet performance standards
Ability to effectively manage a team remotely

Willingness and ability to travel (approximate one week per month) to branches across Canada
