East Penn Canada

East Penn Canada was founded in 1979 as Power Battery Sales Ltd., an independent battery distributor to the Automotive Aftermarket. In 1994, Power Battery Sales was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary by East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc.

Today East Penn Canada is a major player in the Automotive Aftermarket, as well as in Motive Power and Standby Emergency Power battery applications. Fourteen warehouses and a fleet of company vehicles enable the company to offer consistent sales and service support programs coast to coast. East Penn Canada currently services thousands of customer locations across Canada.

Our central warehouse facility in Ajax, Ontario stocks close to 100,000 batteries, ensuring prompt delivery of customer orders with close to 100% fill rate. All other branch locations draw from this inventory on a weekly basis. For a complete listing of all branch locations, click here.

On an annual basis, East Penn recycles millions of batteries and cells.
